Carl A. Gotts, President of Gotts & Associates, first came to St. Croix with his wife Marti in 1988. A former U.S. Marine Corps officer and licensed USCG Boat Captain, Carl owns and operates his successful insurance agency in addition to Buyer’s Agent VI. An Exclusive Buyer’s real estate brokerage started to fill a void in the local real estate market of mostly seller’s agents.

Marti Gotts is the owner of Vacation St. Croix, the premier villa rental and property management firm on St. Croix since 1996. Marti and Carl are active and philanthropic members of the St. Croix community. Carl is currently the Vice President of Community Affairs for the local Chamber of Commerce, the Executive Director of the Marine Corps Toys For Tots campaign and serves on the board of directors for CASA, Court Appointed Special Advocates.

Fred Schantz, Jr. and his wife Sally are celebrating 20 years on St. Croix. He brought with him extensive knowledge of the insurance industry and has now turned to real estate to represent the buyer. The community is important to Fred, and he displays this by serving in several important roles during his time on St. Croix. He has been Executive Director of the St.Croix Red Cross, President of the Green Cay Neighborhood Association, and President of the MulitList System, which lists all available properties on St. Croix. When Fred is not assisting buyers with their real estate needs, he enjoys training his Jack Russell Terrier to participate in Field Trials in the states. He also enjoys gardening with his wife Sally and attending dinner parties with friends.
